Door to door auto transport involves the truck driver collecting your vehicle and delivering it as near to your residence as feasible. Numerous municipalities have regulations limiting large trucks from entering certain residential neighborhoods. Therefore, if your home’s accessibility is limited by narrow roadways, overhanging branches, speed bumps, or sharp corners — the driver may request that you meet the transport truck at a nearby spacious parking area like a shopping center.

You don’t have to be personally present at the pickup location, but it’s strongly advised that you arrange for a representative to be available at both pickup and delivery locations (if you’re unable to attend yourself). The representative must be a minimum of 18 years old.

If the trucker cannot safely or legally reach your requested address, they will arrange to meet you at a nearby mutually agreed location.
