These reviews live on Google, not on this page, and that is deliberate. Google’s guidelines do not allow a company to mark up reviews collected elsewhere as its own star rating — plenty of transport sites do it anyway. We would rather point you at the source and let you read the bad ones too.
What customers actually mention
Star ratings compress everything into one number. The themes underneath are more useful, and Google publishes them on every profile. These are ours, by how many reviews mention each.
The pattern is worth naming: our reviews cluster around enclosed transport, exotic cars, careful handling and professional drivers rather than sheer volume. That is a fair reflection of the work — a smaller operation doing a disproportionate amount of specialist and high-value transport.

Being straight about the trade-off: Montway has roughly 50 times our review volume. If a long public track record is what reassures you, that is a legitimate reason to choose them and we will not argue it. What we offer instead is a higher rating across a smaller, more specialist book of work — and direct access to the person handling your shipment.
Reading reviews properly — ours or anyone else’s
- Read the one- and two-star reviews first. On any broker, most negative reviews concern a carrier delay. If they concern the price changing after booking, that is a different and more serious signal.
- Check the dates. Service changes quickly. Recent reviews matter more than a high lifetime average.
- Look for specifics. Reviews naming the route, the vehicle or the driver are worth more than “great service”.
- Cross-check the licence. Reviews tell you about service; the FMCSA SAFER database tells you whether a company is legally authorised. Ours are USDOT 3446819 and MC-1120978 — see our credentials page.
