Car Shipping Quote Calculator

Priced to your route, not a rate card

Auto transport has no fixed rate card. Your price comes from what carriers are charging on your lane, on your dates — so instead of an estimate that changes later, we price your actual route against live carrier availability. Tell us the route and vehicle below and we will come back with a real number.

Get your quote

Takes about a minute. No deposit until a carrier is assigned to your vehicle and their USDOT number and insurance certificate are sent to you.

Transportation Type

What we need from you

The more accurate these are, the closer your quote will be to the final price.

Both ZIP codes

City names work, but ZIPs let us price the actual lane rather than a metro average.

Year, make and model

Deck space and weight are what carriers sell. A three-row SUV prices differently to a sedan.

Does it run?

Whether it rolls, steers and brakes decides whether a winch or a forklift is needed — and which carriers can take it.

Open or enclosed

Open transport is the standard option for many vehicles. Enclosed transport adds protection for classic, exotic, low-clearance, and high-value vehicles.

Your earliest available date

A flexible window is the single cheapest concession you can make on price.

Any modifications

Lift kits, roof racks and lowered suspension all affect loading. Declare them now, not at pickup.

What happens after you submit

We price your lane

Against live carrier availability on your route, not a generic rate card.

You book — no deposit

Nothing is charged until we have a carrier assigned to your vehicle.

We send carrier details

Company name, USDOT number and insurance certificate, before pickup.

Door-to-door delivery

Inspect the vehicle against the Bill of Lading at delivery. Review how to prepare for car shipping before pickup.

Why instant estimates can miss the final price

Many instant estimates start with a distance formula, but the final market price also depends on how many carriers are running your specific lane this week, and what else is on the trailer.

Any tool that does not ask whether your vehicle runs, which transport type you need, or how flexible your dates are, is guessing at the three variables that move the number most. That is why we quote rather than estimate. See what determines car shipping cost for the full breakdown.

Common questions

How fast will I get my quote?

Usually within business hours the same day. If you need it faster, call 754-201-8264 Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm ET.

Is the quote binding?

Ask us to confirm whether your quote is locked before you book — we will tell you plainly. A price that is “subject to change” after booking is the most common complaint in this industry, and it is worth ruling out up front with any company.

Do I pay anything to get a quote?

No. And you pay nothing on booking either — no deposit until a carrier is assigned to your vehicle.

Can you quote enclosed and open side by side?

Yes, just ask. It is often the most useful comparison, particularly for classic, luxury or low-clearance vehicles where the added protection may be worth it.

What if my dates change?

Tell us as early as you can and we will re-dispatch. We do not charge a rebooking fee for a date change before a carrier is assigned.
